Pretty Lucky accepts exchanges within 30 days and returns within 15 days of purchase, with the exception of kits and sets which are final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable and restocking fees may apply. Returns or exchanges may be limited based on program abuse, misuse, or bulk purchases.
